No book, but we have started to annotate the old Totos. Some of them are so obscure we don’t remember what the jokes were about any more. Start at the beginning if you’re interested.
My wife and I spent a week with Marty on one of his trips through the Pyrenees for our honeymoon. Can’t imagine a better tour and he couldn’t have been more low-key and professional. We can’t wait to go again.
