In the unpublished pic 29, it shows he pulled off the side of the road, took some walnuts out of his jersey, and crushed them between his forearm and bicep when flexing. A little post-race snack for the team.

it is funny when a female or a cat 4/5 sprint’s from the hoods everyone is all over them but when a Pro 1/2/3 sprint’s from the hoods nothing is said. look at the champion guy!
