why do all team pictures suck so bad?

Team pictures are bad because the photographer doesn’t set it up or organize the people, then you can never have random people in the background. Then to wear your shades, might as well be anyone in that spot. They need to stand up straight not lean or slouch. Anyway, bad photographer.
I like the above team pic because almost all are smiling, frowns are much worse than wearing shades…
