Nice helmet! Because you always need this feature in a helmet while racing in a crit: “Equipped with RECCO avalanche rescue system in case of an emergency.”

could also use some basic bike handling skills. I watched him lean into Horace and eventually take him down. nice job, very pro.

Stans wheels are so slow they took 3 of the top 5 spots in the P/1/2 race at Grant’s. They also took 2nd in the Cat 3 race. How did you do on your $3000 deep dish aero wheels? haaa sucker!!

No knock at Stan’s, I happen to be a fan of the tubeless concept. I’m sure Stan is working hard and fast to develop a trusty deep section tubeless wheels. But let’s face it, till then there are a few guys on all tubeless teams that secretly wish they could be racing on their $3000 404’s which I just ebay’ed for $500.

Say what you want. That’s the picture of the year. Folks will be calling it up for as long as he’s racing. It would only be improved if one could see the mouth guard as well. That it happened in the second week of the season deserves major kudos. MQ represents.

Do reverse-mounted brakes give you the extra edge to get to Runcible Spoon faster? I need my doughnuts and I need them now.

…and what the aerodynamically conscious A-fielder is wearing this spring…the orange ‘human cannonball’ helmet

Beware, bathroom spelunking is not allowed under the new Central Park “good rider” policy, regardless of whether or not you use protection.

Given what’s happened, I was researching safer helmets. Greg’s was highly recommended for the rear coverage it provides. I may have to join Greg – smart man.

Victor Polished

Maybe, but maybe it would help in other situations. Additional rear coverage seems like a good thing.
