When I am watching videos while riding my trainer I try to close gaps that open up on the TV. Dorky but true.

I also urinate off the trainer onto the living room floor when the peloton stops for a break.

what happened at fbf to cause the big crash where a few local guys got hurt badly, some worse than others? any specific road condition (other than the usual rough roads as-is)? hope everyone gets better quick.

Bob Stapleton must be real disappointed with the way the season has started for the Columbia team. Even if you exclude Cavendish they have some nice wins.
