Off-Topic for 11/13/2009 – 02:10

Welcome to the Tue, 11/13/2009 – 02:10 edition of Off Topic! You are looking at the next step in the evolution of VCN, the Off-Topic page. Have you ever been frustrated because you had a burning desire to call someone a sandbagger and could only hope to be timely by posting your comment to a photo gallery page or on a page describing a charity ride?

Well, your prayers have been answered! You can post your comment from the home page and it magically comes to rest here with the other orphans from the land of Misfit Comments. The page gets refreshed every day, but not to worry! Each day’s page will be archived and treasured, so you can look back on past pages with pride, shame or disgust-depending on how the day’s conversation went. So post away! We’ve got an internet to fill up.

Maxence either ran a red light, a stop sign, or rode in middle of road and slowed/stopped traffic, all while simultaneously twittering his power files to his personal online coach (at $350/month) while doing 15 mph 1 legged intervals on his tt bike. Then a cop or disgruntled local pushed him over as he passed by.

But, i could be wrong.

Piermont remains one of the premier NYC cycling destinations. So whatever.

… did anyone notice my use of the word premier? I like that word. This is a premier post.

It belongs to the imperfection of everything human that man can only attain Piermont by passing through Fort Lee.

Sitting at Bunbury’s Coffee Shop in Piermont, NY. Over the GW, River Road, 9W. Love it.

Come Fairies, take me out of this dull world, for I would ride with you to Piermont and dance upon the mountains like a flame!
