does anyone know the name of the rider whose R.I.P. card is on Rt 9W in Congers before the intersection with Rt. 303? He’s wearing CRCA Bennets clothing in it. It looks like it was placed there not to long ago.
Carlos Spencer, he suffered a fatal heart attack on his way home riding back from Bear Mtn on that spot several years ago. Some of his friends had a memorial ride on Labor Day weekend and placed some items there to commemorate….
