While I didn’t ride the extra wet miles to Weehawken to get my finishers medal at the GFNY, I did end up with a souvenir from Sunday’s fondo. I won’t say what it is, but I can tell you it involves expectorating and mucous.
This weekend you are either going to Killington or to the Jersey Kermesses, but that doesn’t mean I don’t have to type out your options.
Saturday through Monday is the Killington Stage Race in Killington, VT. It’s too late to register, but here the link anyway.
OK, the Jersey stuff, Saturday, there’s the The Frank "Nap" Torpey Memorial – "Hills of Somerset County".
Also on Saturday is the Raritan Cycling Classic in Bound Brook.
Sunday, also in Bound Brook, is the Bound Brook Cycling Classic.
And finally on Monday, is the Tour of Somerville, in Somerville, silly.

you know that DiLuca is regretting doing that Gran Fondo before the Giro.
Why does it take 4 weeks for a test result?
At least the sponsors and race organizers were able to profit off of Danilo before kicking him to the curb. Lifetime ban at 37, big deal.
The system works just fine.
“In spite of the fact that he had only two days of racing in his legs before this year’s Giro, Di Luca put in a series of eyebrow-raising performances at the race. He came close to stage victory after a late attack on the road to Serra San Bruno on stage 4 and was also aggressive in the finale to Vicenza.”
That bike in the photo belongs to Anthony Weiner, right?
IMPORTANT: tomorrow’s Regional Orthopedics race at Floyd Bennett Field will use the normal course and races will start at their normal times, 6:30pm for the Cat 5’s and 7pm for the Cat 123’s and Cat 3-4’s. Please share this post to spread the word. Thanks!

All I have to say is that this is all about business and don’t take the name of sports in vain. To be frank this is all we can do. We can’t satisfy our hunger with passion for sports. <>search here<>
