Section head text.

Big racing weekend in the City. A Kissena race in Prospect and a CRCA race in Central Park on Saturday. The Harlem race is on Sunday. Plus Housatonic on Sunday also.

That’s a lot of local racing! It’s a good thing I’ve been wearing my compression socks and tin foil helmet all week.

thanks for the compliment, i’ll be in the cat 3 race on sunday. i tried to do the honorable thing and register for the junior race but no one else is going to show up so… i am leaving for USAC Regional Dev. Camp that day and look forward to a good race with the threes.
now if i only didn’t have to use those damn junior gears on the flatest crit course ever.

Too bad the new guy with Mengoni is in a different class, those guys are all a distance second to Perez.

Floyd’s salary seems low until you realize that most domestic pros in the US get about $10k a year.

Senor Diaz

Jeff King is riding for Mengoni? He is the third best sprinter in the city behind Pollo and MOlloy.

“Strange that the promoting club doesn’t even support their own race.”
Do you mean low turnout from the promoting club? Mayve Zephyr is like another smallish club I was in which required its members to help PUT ON the race

Don’t you get it you pricks. I thought I made it clear. Remember when is the lowest form of conversation.

Juniors should go do Housatonic. CRCA sent their top 5 juniors there. If there isn’t support for a race, don’t waste everyone’s time. Who wants to race with 5 other kids for 45 minutes? And I’m sure no one wants to watch. Strange that the promoting club doesn’t even support their own race.

the only reason storm will win is because nobody else will show up. just about anyone else would win…

remember when we were dropped at hoosatonic, back in the dizzle, and we hopped in the verge van that was illegitatemly posing as a caravan vehiclum, then Decanio got droppped, or flatted or something, and we went up that hill, then decended around a swithback only to find those dudes had crashed… i’m not sure if that was Myerson or not

in masters

and Harris threw away a near-certain win by trying to solo, with a guy in another age group (Settel) a few seconds behind him solo also. If they’d linked up they’d have stayed away.

I don’t know his age but Wilson Vasquez can win the thing if he races masters. Also Evil Matt Howard

Adam Myerson is favorite to win Skyscraper Classic. Look out for Dieter Drake in the Masters. Off the bike he’s the new Judy Miller and Battenkill promoter but on the bike he’s won several championships at Empire State Games. Great to see him supporting the event.
