Mihael won the 3/4 race @ Spring Series yesterday. How could you not post that! No wonder he always berates you.

Rinieri Pulley

i’m fairly certain that foundation, let alone bezdek, has more results than chauner this year.

The Lung

Cherry Blossom P123 race averaged 27.5 MPH which is pretty fast for a flat course with no hills and windy conditions.

unless you’re a high profile professional, i wouldn’t worry about the new uci rule for a number of reasons. but, mostly because they’re not going to get the start list from every non-sanctioned race and go through it cross referencing names against their entire database of license holders. even if they did, it wouldn’t prove much without some sort of legally binding identification methodology that undeniably ties the person in the unsanctioned race to a license. just think, usa cycling can’t even put together doping tests without moving heaven and earth, and breaking the bank all the while. you think they’re going to be able to do this?

Schiatta Axle

And it isn’t at all clear they have any interest in enforcing, they just want the threat there so they stay good with the UCI and put some fear into popular racers so they will stop being ambassadors for the sport.

Robin Hammer

it was free for me. But I am 45 and still living at home with my mother. She pays the cable bill. Sorry I didn’t take that into account in my original post.

Dylan Pulley

I wonder how fast they could have gone on a hilly flat course with a false flat with a kick @ss head wind..

Arne Rivnut

Anyone have lap times? Felt really fast (or maybe I was just too hung over from the night before).

schmalz

The UCI and USAC are trying hard to take away our birthdays. This feels like a desperate ploy from desperate organizations. Races don’t need USAC or the UCI, promoters can buy insurance elsewhere.

Clubber Lang

This is going to cause a huge mess for Cross – aspiring pros, juniors and elite masters that need a UCI license to race overseas or for the US. A great race like the Darkhorse 40 XC (well run and a blast) or Mtn XC Stage Races or even great non-USAC roubaix style road races would prevent one from racing elite cross in the fall.

Many racers train for CX all season and pick fun events that are great for training to gear up for CX. I wonder if Messenger races fall under this rule and Gimbles?
