Dimensional

It was a damp and grey weekend’s worth of racing, so how about we enter the 5th dimension and let the sunshine in?

At the CRCA Club Race, Alejandro Guzman of Foundation won the A points race. Raquel Miller of Houlihan-Lokey/Sanchez won the women’s points race. Jesse Walker of Setanta won the B points race. JD Gailthier of Bicycle Planet Racing won the C race. Race report and photo links are here. Results are here.

Up in Coxsackie (a town name that really tests my classiness), Max Lippolis of Team Danbury Audi won the A race. Chris Chapman of Breakaway Couriers won the B race. Andrew Meunier of Pawling Cycle and Sport won the C race. Results are in the comments section here.

There was a Spring Series race in Prospect Park on Sunday, you won’t find out who won until Friday, but here are pictures if you feel like disseminating the results yourself. At the moment, I do not.

At the 2012 Criterium be Bethel, Gary Steinberg of of Brauer – Mick Management won the pro1/2/3 race. Amanda Braverman of Stage 1/FusionTHINK won the women’s race. Gary Steinberg of Brauer – Mick Management also won the 45+ race. Jacinto Pereira won the cat 3/4 race. Joshua Grossman of FGX Racing won the cat 4 race. Boris Salazar of Team Danbury Audi won the cat 5 race. Results are here.

Get with it Quentin Threadlock — Brown is the new black; 40 is the new 30; and Zipps are the new box rims, everybody has them, even Kissena dudes that ride Cat 5 . . . . Now, if he was rocking some kevlar Lightweights, you’d have a better point. Sit back, relax, enjoy the ride and stop hating on people.

Conclusion jumperers! It’s the top of the PP hill and it’s totally inbounds. Otherwise you ride to the Arc de Triomphe.

Who is more tool? The tool, or the tool that follows the tool?

It looks like the paving in Branchbrook Park will be done for the Cherry Blossom Race…here’s what’s posted…April 2 update: They’re in the park grinding down the roads preparing to resurface. The Parks Department has promised that the road work will be finished by Thursday, April 5th. Between the repaired roads and the beautiful forecast, it should be a great day of racing.

Nice sized purse…Register early…chances are it will fill
