It’s Monday and the Tour has ended, so it’s time to get back to what category racers like best—themselves! Let’s take a look around the internet and see what happened.

At the Tour of the Hilltowns, Robin Carpenter of bikereg.com/Cannondale won the P/1/2 race. Kathleen Billington of Danbury Audi won the P/1/2/3 women’s race. Anneliese Haines of the Nyvelocity Women’s Racing Team won the women’s 3/4 race. Graham Macbeth of Setanta won the cat 4 race. Full results are here.

At the Lucarelli & Castaldi Cup Round 6 on Saturday, Scott Savory of GS Mengoni won the P/1/2/3 race. Errol McLean won the cat 4 race, and Michael POwers won the cat 5 race. Results are here.

At the CRCA club race on Sunday, Zachary Koop of Blue Ribbon/Translations won the A race. Matthew Vandivort of Siggi’s/Nyvelocity won the B race. Robert  Wortmann Jr of Siggi’s/NYVelocity won the C race. Kristin Lotito of Houlihan-Lokey/Sanchez won the women’s race. Results are here.

hahah. you mean too slow, right? like when the entire field can mark you all race because they know your fast enough to make a move work if they let you get a gap.

I wonder what he would advocate in terms of volume, intensity, and uh, additonal “preparation”.
