Another vicious, windy night at Floyd. This race was aggressive right from the start, primarily animated by Brian Rafferty (Deno’s Wonder Wheel) and der Schmalz (Merrill Lynch/Hincapie Sportswear). Dmitri Wilkins (ML), wearing the leader’s jersey, joined in the attacks before flatting out. Eventually a Rafferty/Schmalz/Scot Willingham (Sanchez Metro) break stuck and looked to be a winner, only to be caught with two or three to go.
Rafferty took one last stab at victory, dangling solo ahead of the field before being caught on the last lap. Andrew LaCorte (ML) would take the field sprint just ahead of Anthony Maisto (Deno’s), Marco the lens Quezada (Gotham), and the amazing Schmalz.

Will pictures other than the Merrill Lynch ones be posted? I’m interested in the Cat 5 race shots. Thanks.
Yes
why are there so many wonder wheels in the 3/4 this year. there’s been at least 8 at each FBF race.

The Wonder wheels guys ride an aggressive race.
I just wish I knew who was who.
Okay, thanks.
Sorry for the duplication – I reloaded the page and it reposted. Lesson learned.
there aren’t that many WW guys, they just like to race.

It’s good people don’t know "who’s-who" on the team. And Deno is right, there’s not so many of us on the team…but anyone of us is able to win. Which one will it be?
are the deno’s guys 35+ cat 3’s?
WW racers are 40+ cat3’s with fulltime jobs, wives, and kids and invite everyone NOT wearing ML or named Scott to the front sometimes too., there is also a WW woman who won in Prospect Saturday.
