Interbike ’06: Brand AmbASSadors

For our incredibly conflicted position on the Show Ho phenomenon, check out last year’s show ho page. We decided to class up the category this year by calling them Brand AmbASSadors, but one thing hasn’t changed. Once again, there’s an inverse relationship between the quality of the product and the ‘classiness’ of the ambASSadors.

So if the thought of cheap women with the slightest connection to the bike industry makes you hot, please go to Pez. If you have the slightest sense of irony, welcome!

Schmalz: From an ambASSador point of view, you could’ve told them this was a convention for role playing gamers, and they would’ve bought it. In the world of AmbASSadors, we are just nerds with less leg hair and more lung capacity.

I’m surprised you didn’t get Schmalz to pose with the girl from Genuine Innovations, picture 13. She was very acoomodating to everyone who requested a picture with her.

I wonder what these women think about being dubbed "show ho’s"? or …. "emb -ass-adors", after posing for these photo’s – oops! Wearing the judge hat in Vegas are we? I thought it stayed in Vegas!

I always have terrible trouble with comment-related plugins that require me to put some line in the comment loop; I can never seem to find the right spot. Can anyone tell me where I should put the php line in my comments loop? I haven not modified anything much, and I would be very grateful. Thanks!

Since one of the ideas is to split strings not into words, but hopefully into phrases more semantically informative than the words they are made of, doing that better should mean better suggestions, and avoiding what essentially are word n-tuples should make for smaller data and slightly faster querying.
