Some of my most memorable coaching results include…
Coaching a female master cyclist to a UCI World Masters Time Trial Championship (55 – 59) in her third season.
UCI World Masters RR – 3rd Place: W 50+
A 2xJunior National Champion;
Establishing Star Track – an instructional track racing program for inner city kids;
CRCA racers who have become winners and key competitors in the North Atlantic Region.

Your personal philosophy about coaching/what sets you apart?
Cyclists come in all sizes, shapes and ages; they have varying degrees of ability and goals, and there is always a history to be taken into account. I recognize these factors because of my own years of experience as an athlete and coach. Then, through my very direct approach, which is tinged with humor, I guide my athletes to achieving and exceeding their personal goals.

I welcome those training miles that lead my athletes to their cycling victories.
