Freedom Tour 2012

The Course:

Course is a flat criterium. Each lap is 0.9 miles.

Registration:

Register online at Bikereg.com. Online registration closes Friday, July 20th at 11:45pm. Online registration

may require additional fees. Pre-registration must be postmarked by Monday, July 16th. Entries

postmarked after July 16th must include $10 late fee. Additional races $15. Make checks payable to

Watchung Wheelmen. Send registration (standard USAC entry form) to: High Gear Cyclery, Attn:

Watchung Wheelmen, 393 Main Avenue, Stirling, NJ 07980. Day of registration opens at 6:30 am and

closes 30 minutes before posted start time. Entry fee includes USCF Insurance & NJBA surcharge. No

Refunds. No Category 5 riders in Masters events.  Promoters reserve the right to combine categories.  All USAC rules apply. Unlicensed riders must purchase a One-Day License in order to race, available for $10.  One-day and annual licenses available at race.  $10 late fee applies for day of registration.  Races held Rain or Shine.  No refunds.  Field limit Pro1,2,3 – 125, Cat. 4/5 – 75, Cat. 5 – 50, Women Cat. 4 – 50, all others 100.  USAC Permit #2012-2583. Registration and restrooms located behind judge’s stand on Main Avenue.

Directions:

GPS- 275 Main Avenue, Stirling, NJ 07980 (Start/Finish Line)

From Pennsylvania-Route 78 East to exit 36. Left at the end of the exit ramp. Proceed 2 miles.

Turn right onto Valley Road at the white church. Thru the first light. Turn left onto Warren Ave./Jaeger for parking.

From New York-Take route 78 West to exit 40. Right at the end of the ramp and continue down to

the blinking light. Continue straight through till you get to the first full traffic light. Left onto Valley

Road. Follow Valley Road through three lights and turn right onto Warren Avenue/Jaeger for parking.

The Freedom Tour 2012 was one of the greatest championships which ever took place at New Jersey. Thousands of cycling enthusiasts from various parts of the microneedle world participated in it. Thanks for sharing your experience visiting there and for sharing the photos.
