you know, i don’t want to be a d*ck, and i crashed yesterday as well, but anybody seen sitting on the ground next to a bike with spinergy wheels and sporting racing apparel from the mad max movies does not exactly inspire confidence.
schmalz
Are you all literally slamming a guy when he’s down here?
Wheelsucker
i love the full body armor idea. the only reason more people don’t wear it is the same reason most people wear helmets when not racing – peer pressure
Wheelsucker
if you think about, it’s idiotic to race cat 4 or 3 crits without elbow pads.
tx. nice pic. wonder if that provides any collarbone protection … sign me up for some

Doug is not a safe rider. But him and Norton are uber aggressive.
Wheelsucker
Are those wheels even legal anymore?
Wheelsucker
This little dude was talking mad smack all day in the middle of the field — ‘Holja line,’ ‘Outtamyway,’ ‘Kibbles and Bits, Kibbles and Bits, I’m going to get me some Kibbles and Bits’ – well, LOOK WHO’S LAUGHIN NOW, SUCKA!
Wheelsucker
Is this guy actually wearing hip, tail bone and elbow pads?
Wheelsucker
Skill! That’s the exit of the corner, so he is going up, not down. Pay attention to how it’s done.
Wheelsucker
Talk about planning ahead!
Wheelsucker
Why is that dude on the left breakdancing in the middle of a field sprint? These street performers are a MENACE!
Wheelsucker
is he sportin’ tubulars or clinchers?
Wheelsucker
What is the point of keeping a dog that requires a wheelchair? Come on, it’s a dog, not a granny.
Wheelsucker

Wheelsucker

Wheelsucker
Did he have a dwarf sidekick in a sidecar?
Wheelsucker
no, it was father’s day … he had a feral kid …
Wheelsucker
I didn’t mind this guy racing aggressively. But robbing a gas station with a sawed off shotgun? Wrong.
riding with you guys maybe he might to cover his ass
Wheelsucker
riding with you guys he needs to cover his ass
Wheelsucker
all cat 5’s should have that kind of setup on their bikes.

Yes, Sninergy Rev-X’s are still USAC legal for all USAC races.
However, they are not UCI legal (for at least mass start races – not sure about TTs)

That guy crashes so much he’s taken to wearing body armor.
actually Doug is a safe rider. He’s just been taken out by enough idiots to resort to that.

An old guy who spends weekends as a Cat 3 crit specialist: Frankly, I’m surprised he doesn’t wear bullet proof vests and a full motorcross helmet.
