convicted doper and long time cheater placed top 5. why does the promoter let him participate in races? what are the chances he stopped doping and cheating??? when is somebody going to say something??? what kind of prestige does a race like that have??? what a joke!
the question is whether or not he’s still being tested by the USADA. if riders are only tested during their ban, what the fuck good is that?
