no. if it is not a prohibited subtance … altogether now … than it is not prohibited. in fact, i would (and have) made the argument that if you take sponsorwhip money, race pro or semi-pro than you are ethically obgligated to do consider doing everything legal to improve your perfomance (in a safe and healthy manner, of course.)
