Great road race, crazy time trial and annoying as hell crit, got caught up in the carsh that took out about 12 riders, the line for the ambulance was insane.

Came away with smashed wheel, split helmet and nice road prints on my back, must thank the rider who decided to stop riding on the hill then side swipe about four riders out causing a big pile up. The team he raced for were to busy crashing into each other all the time , this tactic works well if you have a good rider up the road alas they did not.

All the same great race and nice hanging out iwth all the riders from NY, really good spirit.
