How many spam e-mails has a certain someone received since the public “outing” of his e-mail address? Hopefully many after he committed the reply-to-all gaff while whining.
A computrainer is $1500 plus the computer software to run the programs. So, why don’t you go out and buy 10 computrainers and pony up for the cost for the space and charge $5 bucks a session? I am sure that would make total sense. It sounds more fun for you to use your 5 yr old fluid trainer in your studio apt while your cat shits on the floor.
3:54–i think you made a compelling case for why that business model is challenging, at best.
now, if they charged, say, $135 per session, but it came with a gift certificate for a free massage at a certain beauty spa over in hell’s kitchen, now that’s a better business model.
Nothing like Cadence. These guys were all of the substance at Cadence and are running this operation without the ridiculous overhead or terrible choice in location. They learned by watching the mistakes made by Matt Heitmann and company.
Matty McNatty { Imagine if circa 2010 Netflix could have done one of these docudramas on the CRCA scene in those days? Greg Olsen, Colin Prensky, and that... }
{ Great Stuff Dan!!! }
pommespommes { Glad your back to blogging. I wish there was more race reporting/news in the NYC area (other than f*cebook) from both 1st and 3rd person.... }
{ You “gifted” the field the first race of the year. Eddy isn’t pleased. }
Benzina { Schmalz is back. Life is better, somehow. }

Cadence all over again. Same insane prices.

Seeing as it’s the off season I hope drinks will flow freely.

Two of the best at what they do…
After many players dropped death on the pitch we now also have a failing system while flying home.

do they have couches and lounge chairs?
I plan on drinking my weight in beer to offset the 35 dollar per class fee! If someone leaves an upper tanker it wasn’t me!
I took a shower during the party. Great plumbing.
They hired a baby to serve beer. That was the best part.

sorry dude, love mark and chad, but “location” is not one of the things they have going for them. cadence was a better location.
Cadence was about as inconvenient as my in-laws’ house. For a bike shop, that’s bad. For family matters, wonderful.
I wish them success and all the best and. Rent vs location vs space is a huge obstacle to any small business in NY.
poured me mostly foam.
Wowza! $35 a session! That’s almost $300 a month! Can I move up to cat 4 after ten rides?
Will someone fold my laundry for an extra $5?
