GET OFF THE COUCH!......
Starting January 8th at 6:30, 3RD Nature, NJs Premeir High End Bicycle Shop will be holding Tuesday Night TRAINER / ROLLER RIDES.....so if the lack of outdoor riding has you blue come on over and ride without the daily hum-drum of your basement! We will train for about an hour to various race videos and music veiwed on our large flat screen TV with special guest ride leaders.
Just bring your trainer along with your bike of corse and the race is on!!!!(we have room for about 15 riders so call ahead and sign up early).
3RD Nature is a full service pro road shop ready to take care of all your cycling needs including expert service - fit - massage - nutrition and apparel.

Reparto Corse Skills Ride
Info:
A combination of hills and flats in central north Westchester. I lead the ride at a pace suitable for learning paceline technique on the flat sections (about 20mph) as well as climbing and cornering skills where appropriate.
No one is dropped and we regroup on the hills.
The loop is 20 miles and we take a coffee break at the end to go over what we learned and talk about about bike fit.

Soul Bikes owner and USI member, Sean Wai Kar Thai will provide the winner of the USI Centennial Bike
Raffle a custom double butted titanium 3AL/2.5V Soul Bike Corpus frameset (value-$1500.00)designed to be super light and stiff for fast acceleration, but vertically compliant for a comforting ride.
The frameset includes a 1 1/8" carbon fork, uses an English bb, a 32mm clamp front derailleur, & a 27.2mm seat post.
Chances are limited to 100. The drawing will take place when 100 chances have been sold. Funds from the sale of raffle chances will go to the USI Centennial Fund to defray the costs of club activities for its members during the 2008 Centennial Celebration.
