I think the bald guy is Andre and he was concerned he was going to be a Novitzky target so Andre killed two birds with one stone, by serving Fabiani/Breuer and getting the Fed's off his own jacked up ass.
Andre trained Dirk also and also offered him some "gear." Dirk takes a great deal of pride in being clean and was insulted.
Then Andre proceeds to run Dirk thru a torture training session. Dirk got his revenge is the b/b scene they filmed afterwards. Dirk was top man, Andre bottom.. I hear Lanny is throwing Andre under the bus already.. We'll see.
Someone has pictures of United States Attorney Andre Birotte Jr. doing something he shouldn't have been doing in a bathroom stall, maybe with Jake Gyllenhaal.
“I talked to someone within the investigation but the reason why the case was shut down was due to a one-man decision. The evidence against those involved was absolutely overwhelming. They were going to be charged with a slew of crimes but for reasons unexplained he closed the case saying it wasn't open for discussion,” the source said.
