If you want to keep your sponsors happy you give them as much exposure as possible. That's one area where Lance can beat all the other Shack riders. So for that reason alone he will get a lot more support than any other rider of his ability would get.
I think this summer will see Bottle's role change. Instead of LA shouting "Bottle" as a master does to his serf, LA will be gasping "bottle" as an old man does to his nurse.
What happens if he actually is in better form than Lance come July? Will he get the green light? Or will he have to soft pedal, again?

Well, Kloeden was in better form than Lance in Murcia, and he got to sit up and haul the old guy up that Cat 1 after Wiggins dropped him.
What Johan needs to do is hire that cow that outclimbed Lance in Hawaii, put a RS jersey on him, and get him to haul LA's fat ass around so the other riders can ride for whoever is strongest on the team (which won't be LA).
