I figure I will be in France in about 30 days so I have no time to waste regardless of the snow and blizzards. I am also going to try and fix my laptop so I can start posting videos again.

Vaughters is just as hilarious, comedic, and if not more pathetic than Lance. As per Guido Ferrule's post, David Walsh published Vaughter's chat transcript implicating Lance. However, when confronted about it Vaughters signed a legal retraction saying he never stated or heard of such doping.
If Vaughters was really worth his salt, he would have not backed down from his claims: he would have reiterated his accusations and stood up for what he believed. People will argue that Lance had money and could force Vaughters to recant. However Vaughters is the little man and has no money (comparatively) so he would have nothing to lose by standing up for what he believed. In the end, he simply accepted the status quo and keeled over.
