NYVC T-shirt Kickstarter

Last call Friday, 5pm.

Thanks, everyone the shirt is a go! I’m putting the order in soon, so if you want a shirt you need to contact me before Friday at 5 pm EST.

I like t-shirts. And I also like designing t-shirts, but the problem that I have is that printing t-shirts costs money, and I don’t have any money to spend on printing a run of t-shirts that no one wants. So I’ve decided to create our own little NYVC Kickstarter page right here (because the real Kickstarter won’t approve our t-shirt projects).

The concept is simple, if I get enough people pledging to buy a t-shirt (at $25 each, including shipping), I will go ahead and hit those people up for money and produce the shirts. So if you want this shirt, let me know via this email address: schmalz@nyvelocity.com, and I’ll put you on the list.

Here’s the shirt design, I mage a robot skull out of bike parts, and there will be a NYVC logo on the back of the shirt. I think the shirt is neat, because, if Rock Racing has taught us anything, skulls are way cool.

Poly blend with digital t-shirt printer? Or 100% heavyweight cotton and professional screen printing?

Wow, we made the minimum, so you will all be getting your shirts! If you want a shirt and haven’t emailed, let me know. I plan on putting in the order at the end of the week.

Wear this T-shirt with a Livestrong hat, wristband or anything Discovery Channel, US Postal, or Radio Shack for the ultimate ironic T-shirt experience.

So if you get a massive order, there’s like a price reduction, right? Or does the excess just go into the starving cyclists fund or the beerless schmalz fund or something like that?

I ordered the shirt when on offer a year ago. Since then I have received blessing beyond belief. My cousin Thor Malaise suffered from lycra bulge and was cured by wrapping the area with a nyvelocity sacred garment. We also bought the Holy Water Bottle which removed bothersome warts from his grenoble gap. The BAAS Cap was passed on to Counselor Flabiani but I say, I say there was no change in his briefs. Nein-Nein-Nein.
