This was the year that Foundation carried the drum for legalized doping.

Wasn't the winner/Foundation team rider and CRCA champ denied entry into the US within the past 2 years due to the drugs he was importing with him? Was Lisbon not kicked off of Axa/Stan's No-Tubes due to funky blood values and/or an inability to guarantee clean racing? Despite all of this, all the available drugs in the world will not help Inson ride in a straight line.
