We got this from RSun:
I have a teammate named Kimani Nielsen. Some of you may know him. Some of you may not. Either way, he’s a great guy, teammate, and friend. His sister, Khephra has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. AML is a cancer of the myeloid line of blood cells, characterized by the rapid growth of abnormal white blood cells that accumulate in the bone marrow and interfere with the production of normal blood cells. She will need a bone marrow transplant in order to survive this disease. Kimani and his family are incompatible donors.
I’m writing to you to for help. If you can't give a sample please spread the message to attract other possible donors.
The process is very simple. Follow this link, the donor drive is free through June 22nd. Type in 'marrowdonor' for the promo code. Once you get the kit it’s just a quick sample taken using a swab from your cheek.
Thanks
