*Dismount & re-mounts
*Carrying techniques

*Descending
*Bike set-up
*Mechanical Considerations

After a review of skills, we'll have a mock race on a true cross course set up by Verge, so our coaches can help see you in action and continue to work and refine your skills at race pace.

Throughout the day, Echappe Equipment will be on hand to demo......FOR FREE!!!..... a variety of cross wheels and tubulars for participants to sample different selections and truly see the advantage certain combinations offer.

In addition, mechanical services available throughout by Echappe.

A light breakfast upon arrival and a lunch at mid-day will be provided.
