Harlem is a cool race, but I'm not sure you realize how difficult the Nevada City course is. ~130 feet of climbing per 1.1 mile lap and an insane off-camber downhill u-turn at the bottom of the finishing descent. I don't think a 4 corner crit in Harlem really compares training wise for those guys.
