Fundamentals are the most overlooked skill in cycling. In almost all other sports fundamentals are taught young sport fans participating and non-participating alike.
Scot Willingham will teach his resistance class on Tuesday nights in November. This is a class with exercises designed to address the imbalances that are created by cycling and to prepare the neuromuscular system for the coming season.
• The classes will be on November 1, 15, and 29.
• They will begin at 8 pm and will be held at:
